Deirdre Lynch is Founder of Not So Different and a person with a lived experience of Neurodiversity. Following a successful career in the Irish Times, Deirdre was determined to address the inequality and social exclusion experienced by people who are neurodiverse as more than 80% of people who are neurodiverse are unemployed. Combining her successful professional career and her academic life, Deirdre established Not So Different and the Deirdre Lynch School of Thought to reposition neurodiversity as a competitive advantage. Her primary focus is on an individuals’ talent and any barriers preventing an individual from realising their full potential and living a good life in community.
