We are a Social Enterprise promoting equality and inclusion for people who are neurodiverse, such as those on the Autism Spectrum, and their families. We support them to realise their full potential through education and employment and to live a good life in Community.

Creative Ability Hub Manager

Promoting the work of Not So Different through the Creative Ability Hubs across different locations.


Horticulturist (Part-time)

Developing and maintaining the Not So Different Gardening Projects including the sites in Coolock, Kilbarrack and Raheny.


Gardening Operative (Part-time)

Maintaining the Not So Different Gardening Projects including the sites in Coolock, Kilbarrack and Raheny.


Reception Admin (Part-time)

Meeting and greeting centre users, customer services, taking bookings for training hub, dealing with queries.


Ability Employment Support Officer (Part-time)

The main focus of the role is working with people who are neuro-divergent and their families to find sustainable employment.
